The portable version saves its settings to the application directory so you can easily copy Hexinator to another machine including all your preferences. The installed version writes the preferences to the registry and the recent files list to C:\Users\%USER%\AppData\Local\Synalysis\Hexinator.

All .msi, .exe and .dll files are digitally signed with a COMODO certificate issued to Andreas Pehnack
(certificate SHA1 hash: 52D10C6F16647A553C9ABCB9F642A9777ECB97C7).

The application runs on Windows 7 and later, on Windows XP there are known issues.

How to uninstall Hexinator

  • Open the Windows Control Panel
  • Select “Uninstall a Program”
  • Find Hexinator in the list of programs and double click on it
  • Click the “Uninstall” button in the Hexinator Uninstall window
